As your property will be let out by us, we carryout and maintain all cosmetic upkeep to a superior standard, including professional cleans after each client stay.
(You as the Landlord will remain responsible for all major repairs, ie – Roof and Boiler)

We usually like to have at least a 3 year agreement in place. However this is not set in stone and can discuss terms for longer or shorter.
There will always be a break clause within the agreement. This is usually after 12 months. All terms will be discussed and agreed in advance ensuring they suit your needs.
Of course. These will need to be agreed in advance and arranged, ensuring there are no clients currently staying at the property.
